What You'll Do as a Sales Lead
As a Sales Leadat Redirect Health, you'll lead by example and support your team in achieving performance goals while delivering an exceptional experience to every prospective member.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of sales professionals, setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and providing regular coaching and development opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Help build and refine sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals while tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Daily Oversight: Provide real-time support and direction during day-to-day sales activities. Jump in on calls, answer questions, and offer feedback to drive team success.
- Performance Coaching: Conduct 1:1 meetings, monitor call quality, and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow and exceed goals.
- Pipeline Management: Help manage and track sales pipelines, ensuring follow-ups are timely and that team members are working leads effectively.
- Training & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members, helping them get up to speed quickly and confidently.
- Escalation Support: Serve as a point of contact for escalated sales situations and complex client questions. Provide clear, effective resolutions and maintain a high level of service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Member Services, to ensure alignment and consistency across the customer journey.
- Motivation & Culture: Foster a positive and high-energy team culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and purpose-driven work.
What We're Looking For
- Active broker license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in benefit sales
- 1–2 years of experience in a team leadership or sales supervisory role, required
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or consultative sales
- Strong communication and coaching skills with a focus on team development
- Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools to track sales performance
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a positive, people-first mindset
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Passion for making healthcare accessible and building something meaningful
What You'll Earn
