About the role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to take the reins of demand generation for a specific sales region—owning pipeline, experimenting boldly, and bringing regional insights to life.
This hands-on, cross-functional role is focused on executing campaigns, supporting events, and gaining insights that help your regional sales team win.
You'll become a regional expert, learning what makes your territory unique and working closely with Sales and HQ to tailor marketing efforts accordingly. You'll be your region"s go-to partner for all things marketing, with support from a national HQ team for content, design, platforms, and strategy. As we expand regionally, this role ensures that marketing tactics align with each territory"s unique buying behaviors and needs, maximizing local pipeline creation and sales efficiency.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves testing new ideas, spotting patterns in data, and seeing their work translate directly into results.
What you"ll do
Campaigns & Channel Management
- Own regional marketing execution across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Launch and monitor tactics like webinars, email nurtures, digital ads, and landing pages
- Collaborate with HQ to adapt messaging, creative, and targeting to local needs
- Track campaign performance and flag areas for optimization
- Partner with sales on 1:1 campaigns and ABM programs
Regional Enablement & Sales Collaboration
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for your assigned region
- Participate in regional sales calls and planning sessions to align priorities
- Deliver sales enablement materials like email templates, follow-up decks, and talking points

Pipeline Ownership
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to track regional pipeline targets and understand marketing's contribution to revenue.
- Monitor and report on MQLs, SQLs, and opportunity creation across your region
- Collaborate with HQ to forecast campaign performance, ROI, and manage spend
- Drive continuous improvement through periodic check-ins with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
- Help optimize lead routing, attribution, and funnel visibility within Salesforce and HubSpot
Experimentation & Optimization
- Run A/B tests and iterate fast: landing pages, subject lines, channel mix—you name it
- Analyze performance by CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and velocity
- Prepare campaign post-mortems with clear “what worked, what didn't” insights
- Use customer and sales feedback to fine-tune targeting and messaging
Events & Field Marketing
- Help plan and coordinate regional events with support from HQ (dinners, workshops, conferences)
- Assist with virtual events like webinars and live demos
- Manage event invites, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up with Sales
- Ensure events support pipeline generation and brand visibility in your region
Sales Alignment
- Serve as the single point of contact for all marketing in your region
- Join regional sales huddles and planning sessions
- Share campaign enablement kits: cadences, talk tracks, and email templates
- Maintain feedback loops to improve lead quality and sales follow-up
What you"ll bring
- 2–4 years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and other key marketing tools
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience supporting regional or territory-based sales teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with public sector, government, or finance tech verticals
About You
- You're curious. You love research, digging into trends, and asking “why not?”
