We’re seeking a professional, experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at the Hilton Garden Inn in Eagan. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, provide a safe and welcoming environment for our guests, and manage the housekeeping department’s budget.
This role requires proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or a similar position. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must to effectively manage and motivate the team.

- Hire, develop, inspire and lead your housekeeping team to exceed every guest's expectations
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
- Clearly communicate expectations to all housekeeping associates, holding yourself and other accountable
- Operate the hotel as if it was your own
- Provide a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
