With over ten partner firms, several deals under LOI, and substantial committed capital, they are poised to shortly become equivalent to a top 40 firm in terms of aggregate revenue, with ambitions to expand into a multi-country platform.
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Analyst – LMS, Content & Communication to lead as the firm’s hands-on LMS specialist and content curator. You will manage all LCvista configuration, keep their external libraries (LinkedIn Learning, Becker, Surgent, CCH, LumiQ) fresh and compliant, and serve as the primary point of contact for system support across the company.
This is a hybrid position near Tampa, FL with 15-20% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration
- Own day-to-day LCvista setup (groups, roles, SSO, permissions).
- Test new releases, integrations, and features; coordinate UAT.
- Provide Tier-2 support and SME guidance to firm admins.
- Content & Catalog Management
- Load new courses, remove expired content, and maintain CPE metadata.
- Coordinate with external providers to schedule bulk imports and license true ups.
- Map content to learning plans by level, service line, and jurisdiction.
- Communications & Enablement
- Draft and send firm-wide announcements on new content, compliance deadlines, and platform changes.
- Use authoring tools (e.g., Colossyan) to create short “how-to” video bursts.
- Maintain the intranet learning hub, tip sheets, and job aids.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Partner with the compliance team to assign mandatory courses and track completions.
- Audit CPE credit alignment for state boards; flag gaps for remediation.
- Generate dashboards on usage, completion, and ROI; present insights quarterly.
- Project Collaboration
- Work with Manager, Talent Integration on new firm learning plans.
- Coordinate with Sr. Analyst – Performance Programs to align LCvista data with PerformYard objectives.
- Support Manager, L&D in building annual content roadmap and vendor reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; 2-3 yrs administering an enterprise LMS (LCvista strongly preferred) and managing content libraries.
- Proficiency with CSV imports/exports, SCORM/xAPI, basic HTML, SSO, and API integrations. Familiar with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or LCvista Analytics).
- Experience curating third-party learning catalogs and knowledge of CPA/CPE credit rules.
- Exceptional writing skills; comfortable producing quick micro-videos with tools like Colossyan.
- Proven ability to partner with HRIS, compliance, and L&D teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or private equity-backed organizations is highly preferred.
