POSITION SUMMARY
-
Assist with sorting, washing, finishing and delivery functions of the Personal Laundry Department as assigned. May be responsible for the inventory of new residents clothing, providing clothing for new residents who have none, labeling residents clothing with our labeling system, assisting with returns from laundry, organizing donated clothing responding to complaints of lost clothing, giving residents clothing inventory to Social Services when residents discharge, and be active in the Quality Assurance process.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Requirements

Previous Laundry experience is preferred.

Prefers labeling room staff to have previous clothes labeling/sewing/laundry experience.

Special Skills or Training Requirements
-
Ability to understand laundry procedures. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
