POSITION SUMMARY
-
The Sr. Analyst, Compensation & HR Compliance is a key role within our Human Resources team, responsible for administering and managing compensation policies across Trinity Health. This position will oversee job description content, FLSA status classification, pay range placement, merit, and bonus administration. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will ensure compliance with all HR regulations, providing guidance to leadership and HR partners to maintain best practices in compensation management and HR compliance.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation management or HR compliance is highly preferred.

Previous experience with compensation administration, pay structure development, or FLSA classification.

Experience in analyzing and interpreting compensation data, including market benchmarking, merit, and bonus administration.

Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay, ADA) is highly preferred.

Special Skills or Training Requirements

Strong understanding of compensation structures, FLSA classifications, and HR compliance regulations.

Proficiency in HRMS or compensation management systems (Workday, ADP, or similar platforms) is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High degree of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
