Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, and supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top talent. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for branding, digital media, and building a strong, talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our brand and services.
- Manage and grow social media profiles by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content (images, videos, updates).
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos to support marketing initiatives and branding efforts.
- Maintain and update the company website and digital platforms to ensure current and relevant content.
- Assist in the design and execution of branding strategies to strengthen the company's visual identity.
- Support recruitment efforts by creating compelling job postings and advertisements across job boards and social media.
- Actively source, identify, and engage potential candidates through social media, networks, and industry events.
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting campaigns, including candidate outreach, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to attract qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an attractive employee value proposition to draw in candidates.
- Promote the company"s culture and values through storytelling and social media content to attract potential applicants.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and candidate experience.
