About the Role
We are searching for a Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruiter to join our JCHC team. As a recruiter, you’ll drive the full recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles, partnering with hiring managers to craft candidate profiles and design innovative sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing, offer negotiation to pre-onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire high-quality talent
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, career/college fairs and referrals
- Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes to assess qualifications and suitability for open positions
- Conduct energetic and engaging screenings and interviews to qualify candidates, discuss their career goals, and present relevant opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Position Manager
- Coordinate interviews and the collection of necessary candidate documentation
- Stay up to date on industry trends, licensing requirements, and market demands. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance recruitment knowledge and skills
- Confidently negotiate terms and compensation packages with candidates
- Analyze & report on recruitment data & trends
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in our recruitment processes, implementing best practices to optimize efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment outcomes
- Provide administrative support to HR Director and HR Coordinator as needed
- Other duties & special projects as assigned
Qualifications/requirements:
- This is not a remote position.
- Travel is required to surrounding colleges/schools, career fairs and networking events.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience in lieu of education.
- Must have 1-2 years full-cycle recruiting experience or transferable experience; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
