The Role
The Clinical Specialist position presents an exciting opportunity to combine clinical, operational, and customer success skills to support accounts across a region, ensuring their ultimate success. In this role, you will assist and support an account team with customer challenges, identifying areas for improvement, and providing ongoing support. This position involves customer-facing activities, utilizing presentation skills, and maintaining detailed organization to keep the region efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve patient escalations at assigned accounts as the first line of support
- Support customer launches, including on-site training and engagement of clinical and support staff, as needed
- Serve as a subject matter expert (both internally and externally) on Rx Redefined’s technology, DMEPOS products, and EMR systems
- Execute our Prescription Navigation strategy's tactical operations and escalate underperformance to the account team
- Work closely with the account team to ensure customer success and optimized performance, including on-site visits, new staff training, or execution of strategic initiatives
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for customer success
- Utilize EMR systems to communicate with customers and coordinate support activities
- Act as the escalation point by reviewing patient charts to ensure documentation follows compliance standards.

Minimum requirements
- Licenses: Active RN or LVN license preferred but not required
- 3+ years in patient care with EMR/EHR experience
- Experience in digital health or tech startups is a bonus
- Experience with DME Distribution and Nursing Informatics is a plus
- Proficiency with office products (e.g., Word/Google Docs, Google Sheets/Excel)
Physical Requirements
This role will work in a variety of environments with a mix of prolonged sedentary periods during the planning
process, prolonged periods of movement during implementation process, and be comfortable routinely traveling
with a variety of methods of transportation
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Fast pace moving about medical sites during implementation and on site visits
- Answer multiple emails and phone calls per day
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
The pay range for this role is:80,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Remote (United States))
