This role supports the execution of the company"s information technology (IT) operations ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support services.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software and hardware; set up accounts and workstations.
- Provide desk-side support to employees, including wire management at desks.
- Ensure print room equipment and supplies are well maintained.
- Act as point-of-contact for IT/AV issues and ensure all equipment is operational and up-to-date.

- Familiarity with Architecture software
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of helpdesk or office management experience in a Microsoft
- Windows-based organization
- Experience administering Office365 is a plus
