About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our CEO in our growing organization on a Per Diem basis. This role is onsite requiring a presence in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and coordinating with employees and vendors
- Greet visitors, manage office inventory and requests for facility maintenance
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages, ensuring prompt notification to recipients and secure handling of all deliveries
- Draft email correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Review and edit reports and documents, ensuring proper spelling, grammar and clarity
- Take detailed notes during meetings and calls, ensuring key points and action items are captured.
- Assist with administrative and licensing tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist with planning and executing events.
- Support projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Support vendor management and overall operations to ensure the CEO and company initiatives run smoothly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 1+ year(s) experience in administrative support or a related role.
- 1+ year(s) experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- 1+ year(s) experience with Google Suite
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
