Job Description:
Nexthreat is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Database Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in database development and related technologies, with the ability to contribute to our innovative projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited US university or equivalent military or commercial experience in database development or a related computer field.
Experience: Minimum of three years in developing databases, conducting business analysis, and working with applications such as Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, SQL, VBA, HTML, and similar tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize databases to support business operations.
- Conduct business analysis to understand data requirements and translate them into effective database solutions.
- Collaborate with teams using Access, SharePoint, SQL, VBA, and HTML to deliver integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
- Assist in the documentation of database designs and procedures.
