NexThreat is seeking a motivated and experienced Metrics Business Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our operational and analytical needs through data management, analysis, and effective communication.
Qualifications:
·Education:
oBachelor’s degree from an accredited US university or equivalent military or commercial experience in business management or analysis-related fields.
·Experience:
oAt least three years of specific experience in business management and analysis, including proficiency with Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, SQL, and similar applications.
·Technical Skills:
oDemonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience preparing and delivering high-level briefings using MS PowerPoint.
oProven ability to utilize Microsoft Access and SharePoint efficiently.
oStrong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
·Conduct business analysis and develop metrics-driven insights to support operational decision-making.
·Manage and analyze data using Access, SharePoint, SQL, and MS Office applications.
·Prepare and deliver high-level briefings and presentations to stakeholders.
·Foster positive working relationships within teams and across departments.
·Contribute to continuous process improvements based on data analysis.
