Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) for our new Dialysis Center expected, to be open in November 2025! We are seeking techs experienced in dialysis to provide safe and effective direct and indirect care to patients with acute or chronic renal failure. If you do not currently have dialysis experience we are happy to provide PAID training to help you perfect your skills.
About the area: Located in the heart of the Ozarks, our main campus in Bolivar has a hometown feel and affordable housing options of rentals or apartments. Enjoy a movie, a round of golf or a college game with family or friends and grab a coffee or meal from an array of shops and restaurants! Springfield is only 40 minutes away with Battlefield Mall, Big Shots golf, Wonders of Wildlife, Urban Air and many other family attractions and restaurants to visit. Only an hour away is Branson that includes many shows to see, Silver Dollar City and shopping!
A typical day will include preparing equipment and patients to receive dialysis, monitoring them during treatment and working as a member of the care team to ensure comprehensive care of patients needing dialysis. In the interim of the building being completed, dialysis techs can be hired to CMH and receive tech and EMR training.
The position is: Full-time Days 5:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Job Requirements:

- Education:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Dialysis, phlebotomy, CNA or other medical experience preferred
- Skills:Patient Care
- Licensure/Certification: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification within 18 months of employment
