Position Summary:
As the Strategy & Operations Intern, you will partner directly with senior leadership to tackle critical company projects across product, business, and operations. This role is ideal for a highly proactive, driven individual who thrives on strategic challenges, is eager to own impactful projects independently, and seeks a fast-paced learning environment. You'll engage directly with key initiatives, from defining operational strategies to executing targeted analyses and driving projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Execution: Independently drive specific strategic projects across product, business operations, and data collection, clearly defining objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Operational Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of operational processes, identifying efficiency opportunities and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across product, engineering, research, and operations teams to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth execution of projects. Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks.
- Data Collection Strategy Support: Assist in developing and refining strategic initiatives for scaling data collection, including workforce planning, SOP development, and operational metrics.
- Market & Customer Analysis: Support customer research and market analysis projects to inform product strategies, helping to translate insights into tactical action plans.
- Presentation & Communication: Prepare high-impact presentations and communicate findings effectively to company leadership, synthesizing complex data and strategic recommendations into clear, concise narratives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, MBA or graduate-level degree from a top-tier university.
- Demonstrated proactive initiative and ability to independently drive projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with strategic frameworks and operational problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; adept at presenting complex information clearly.
- Collaborative mindset with experience managing cross-functional relationships and projects.
- High adaptability and willingness to engage deeply with technical and business-oriented tasks.
- Prior experience or strong interest in robotics, AI, or technology-driven environments is a plus.
