Location: Remote with preference for candidates in the Kalamazoo, MI area

Reports To: Application Manager
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Remote Eligible (with occasional onsite work in Kalamazoo)

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in radiology applications—particularly those familiar with Change Healthcare PACS—who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do

Serve as a key support contact for assigned radiology and clinical applications

Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for end users

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams and software vendors

Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, training, and documentation

Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience

Ensure application integrity, data security, and compliance with IT and healthcare standards

Partner with clinical teams, IT staff, and vendors to ensure system performance meets organizational needs
What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience supporting software applications, preferably in healthcare

Preferred: Experience with radiology applications such as Change Healthcare PACS, GE Muse, or IBM Merge

Preferred: Based in or near Kalamazoo, MI, with the ability to be onsite occasionally as needed

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities
