We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain Systems & Operations Management to lead the development, integration, and optimization of supply chain systems and operational processes for our global data center portfolio. This role will oversee supply chain technology platforms, end-to-end procurement operations, vendor performance management, and cross-functional process alignment to support rapid data center deployment and expansion. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supply chain systems, operations leadership, and process improvement within data center or mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Systems Management:
- Own the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of supply chain systems (ERP, Procure to Pay, inventory, logistics, and analytics platforms).
- Lead system integration efforts across procurement, construction, finance, and operations functions.
- Ensure supply chain systems are optimized for data visibility, automation, and scalability.
- Partner with IT and digital transformation teams to enhance reporting, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Procurement Operations & Process Optimization:
- Oversee end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring standardization and best practices across all regions and categories.
- Develop and maintain global SOPs, playbooks, and workflows for sourcing, contracting, approvals, and supplier onboarding.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, cost, and operational risk.
- Vendor & Performance Management:
- Establish and manage a global supplier performance and compliance framework, including SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards.
- Oversee vendor audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with category leads to optimize the supplier base and strategic sourcing decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, systems, or procurement, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in mission-critical or capital-intensive industries (e.g., data centers, construction, energy, industrial manufacturing).
- Deep expertise in ERP and procurement platforms.
- Proven track record in implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence
- Strong understanding of supply chain analytics, operational KPIs, and process re-engineering.
- Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and scale systems and operations in a rapidly growing environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, MS in Supply Chain or advanced degree in engineering or other quantitative disciplines
- Experience in data center industry, an infrastructure service provider or similar technology company
- Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt

Location and Travel:
- Work location is flexible to Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, or Alexandria, VA.
- Regular travel, as needed, to Fleet offices as well as to meet with Vendors. We expect it to be less than 20%.
- Expected Salary Range: $180,000 - $225,000 + Bonus + Equity
