Westwin Elements is at the forefront of building a secure and sustainable nickel supply chain for the United States. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in a historic project, contributing to the growth of domestic refining capacity and supporting the clean energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics with precision and discretion.
· Take clear, organized, and timely meeting minutes and action items; follow up as needed.
· Implement and maintain organizational systems to streamline communication, scheduling, and priorities.
· Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
· Manage personal and professional tasks including booking appointments, handling errands, coordinating travel, and managing coffee and meal orders when needed.
· Ensure the Executive is well-prepared and on time for meetings, calls, and events.
· Proactively anticipate the Executive's needs and resolve challenges with minimal direction.
· Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
· Handle light project management and follow-through to keep initiatives on track.
· Keep the Executive focused, on-task, and grounded during high-pressure situations.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a C-level executive.
· Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, or chaotic environments.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
· High emotional intelligence and discretion, especially with sensitive matters.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong adaptability skills to understand and work with a range of departments.
· Ability to multitask without losing track of details.
· Resourceful, proactive, and unafraid to take on both high-level and hands-on tasks.
· A “no task is too small” mindset, combined with executive-level professionalism and judgment.
· Willing to work weekends and travel when required.
The pay range for this role is:60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(OKC HQ)
