As an Audit Scheduling Coordinator at SQA Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Client programs by scheduling services within the Audit family of products globally with Suppliers and SQA Associates. Throughput, speed, accuracy and adhering to client requirements will be necessary for success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Audits
- Assessments
- Supplier Desktop Evaluations
- Resource Consumption Reviews
- Quality Agreement Management
- Coordinate and schedule program activities with Internal teammates, Clients, Suppliers and Associates for maximum coverage and efficiency.
- Adhere to scheduling throughput goals while complying with scheduling speed.
- Provide timely and accurate program activity-related status notes.
- Maintain accuracy in all applicable databases, platforms, and systems.
- Confirming scheduling dates that meet client due dates.
- Maintain program activity documentation, including templates, checklists, technical documentation, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule pre-event/planning meetings with Internal teammates, Clients and Associates.
- Act as a point of contact between project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Facilitate smooth information flow between cross-functional teams to make certain that all stakeholders are informed of program status and developments.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and processing administrative associate information (Work Packets, Project Agreements, Registration Agreements etc., as applicable).
- Supporting other departments across SQA during any downtime.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, or related manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in using scheduling and project management software.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis. It may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
