The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Strategic Accounts to join our EMEA team. As a VP of Strategic Accounts at PureSpectrum, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the company"s client development efforts with our new and evolving key accounts. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand and strengthen client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to drive multi-functional teams to onboard and grow multi-million dollar key accounts which are often global in nature and require product development discussions to unlock sustained growth. This role will report to a senior leader within the Client team, with the final reporting structure to be confirmed based on the candidate"s experience and organizational alignment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring contract terms and conditions are met.
- Track and report on sales performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to management.
- Assist clients through the onboarding/implementation stages as well as work on the continuous optimization of the PureSpectrum end-to-end sample sourcing and delivery platform to their evolving requirements and your responsibilities would include:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow each Key Account
- Support appropriate potential Key Account new business pitches
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the cross-functional internal team members on each Key Account, providing guidance and support, to achieve targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients" market research and insights needs.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of client demands.
- Analyze client performance and feedback to identify areas for improvement and maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor"s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the market research and insights industry, with a focus on technology and data-driven solutions.
- 7 plus years of demonstrable experience in Account revenue growth and management roles
- Strong analytical (with survey and account related data) and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (both internal and external stakeholders) and manage requests vs deliverables timings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel, as required.
