About the Opportunity:
Welldone Chemical LLC is seeking a Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Calgary. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong sales expertise in HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP applications.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the coating, painting, putty, ceramic tile adhesive, and mortar industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
*5+ years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
*Proven track record of managing key accounts and distributors, especially in Canada.
*Deep understanding of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, RDP, and their applications.
*Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
*Fluent in English.
*Must be authorized to work in Calgary, Canada.
*Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business objectives.
