We’re seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate capital construction initiatives across our facilities—ensuring excellence, safety, and compliance at every stage. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact projects in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of new construction and renovation projects across Beacon Health System.

Review and evaluate architectural and engineering designs for functionality, cost-effectiveness, and code compliance.

Oversee bid processes, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.

Serve as the owner’s representative—ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget goals.

Approve and monitor change orders and contractor payments.

Collaborate closely with Facilities Engineering leadership to align construction projects with system-wide infrastructure strategies.

Maintain comprehensive project reporting, tracking, and documentation.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

15+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale construction projects; healthcare construction preferred.

Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local construction codes and regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to manage budgets, read blueprints, interpret specifications, and calculate material and labor costs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to collaborate with architects, contractors, hospital leaders, and public officials.
