Seeking Entry-Level Finance Analyst for a Face-paced Entertainment startup!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management through debt and/or equity issuance. You will also be involved in many ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decision-making. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis at a fast-paced startup in an exciting music entertainment industry.
[Responsibilities]
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Help draft and manage weekly and monthly cash flow
- Perform variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecast
- Help develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives
- Collaborate with business units to gather data and understand performance drivers
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Finance and Accounting function
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (internships count)
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus
- Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles
- Experience in utilizing accounting software, including QuickBooks.
- Experience in expense management platforms, including Brex, Ramp, Bill.com, to effectively oversee budgeting and expense control is a plus
- Fluency in Korean communication skills, both written and verbal, is a big plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a desire to improve processes and add value
