Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end monthly payroll for employees in Zen HR.
Data input for hiring of new joiners & verifying the data in Microsoft dynamics are moved to payroll.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of required government reports including those related to GOSI, Absher, Qiwa, MOFA, etc...
Maintain employee records and files.
Supporting employee and perm hire relocation experiences through assigned vendor partners (Fragomen).
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
Process leaves, absences and other employee-related transaction.
Another point to add would be support in rolling our freelancer and contractor agreements via EOR providers (Deel).
Deep understanding in entire HR procedure like Payroll review of Annual & Rotational Vacation Settlement, full & final settlement review as per norms and according to Saudi Labor Laws.
Stay up to date on changes to Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
Provides resolutions to employee relation issues.
Process changes in employee status, benefits, and other relevant data.
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Requirements:
High level of English & Arabic both written and oral communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in HR and Payroll.
Nationality: this role is Saudized to comply with hiring regulations for the HR team.
