Position Overview
The RENEWALS (RNWL) Interviewer is responsible for conducting detailed interviews with clients to gather critical information required for their RENEWALS (RNWL) responses. This includes exploring hardships, mistreatment, or other relevant experiences to build a comprehensive and compelling case. The RENEWALS (RNWL) Interviewer must quickly establish trust and rapport with clients to facilitate open and effective communication while adhering to strict deadlines. Additionally, the candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Position only available for Argentina, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru. Citizen or resident in these countries.
Pay rate : $7.25/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday (10AM EST to 7PM EST)
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to gather detailed information regarding their hardships and mistreatment
- Use a structured questionnaire to document the interview in English while communicating with the client in Spanish
- Address relevant topics thoroughly, ensuring that all aspects of the case are covered to strengthen the RENEWALS (RNWL) response
- Submit questionnaire to Team Lead to review and then upon approval, set up follow-up interview with client, if necessary
- Upload completed and approved questionnaires to the client's case file and ensure accurate updates are provided in the case management system
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Possesses excellent bilingual (English & Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong connections with clients quickly and maintain trust throughout the process
- Ability to multi-task and type while listening to client speak
- Excellent listener and ability to ask relevant follow-up questions
- Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1
- Highschool diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Background in Psychology/education/social work/any non-profit or community service environment dealing with families, children, or adults in difficult situations or dealing with escalations
Reliable computer with at least:
8-16GB RAM
256GB SSD
Core i5 / Ryzen 5 processor (2.0GHz or higher) recent model (2018 +)
Webcam / Good microphone and headset.
Minimum 25mbps Upload and Download network speed
