Eight month residency program for all new grads including:
- Learning new skills
- Key Note Speakers i.e. Stroke Manager, Respiratory, Addiction Recovery, Wound Care, Sepsis and Early Intervention, etc
- Professional Activities and Goal Planning
- Resident Peer Bonding
Requirements: Completing (or recently completed) nursing program
Benefits: (Most are effective immediately
