The TMO Leader will spearhead enterprise-wide transformation efforts, aligning strategic objectives with hands-on execution to drive measurable impact. This leader is responsible for translating the organization’s growth ambitions into structured, well-managed initiatives, while fostering alignment across executive leadership and operational teams. This role is both visionary and execution-focused, ensuring transformation initiatives are not only well-designed but successfully implemented.
Location: San Diego or Tempe preferred. Remote candidates must be willing to travel on-site for up to three weeks each month.
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 + bonuses
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution:Lead the design, launch, and execution of enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on driving growth, operational efficiency, and excellence. Develop business cases, assess ROI, and prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact and feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as a bridge between executive leadership and front-line operations, ensuring communication, buy-in, and accountability at every level.
- Program Oversight: Develop roadmaps, track milestones and budgets, manage risks, and report on progress across transformation programs.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new ways of working, tools, and processes across diverse teams.Craft communication strategies to cascade updates and drive buy-in across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly engage with C-suite executives, sales and operations leaders, and external partners to align on goals and share outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools to distill insights, create dashboards, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years in management consulting, private equity, or enterprise transformation leadership roles
- Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs
- Bachelor's degree in operations, strategic management or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and program tracking tools
- Familiarity with performance dashboards and project management software
- Strong analytical skills; fluency in interpreting and visualizing data
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare or multi-site operations experience strongly preferred
- Master’s degree (MBA or related field) strongly preferred
