Responsibilities:
- Serve as change champion in support of HR/Talent initiatives and functional strategy.
- Support client group and executive programs, including assimilations, action-planning, succession planning/talent reviews, career conversations and employee development.
- Coach employees on policy and procedure, conflict resolution and change management to promote fair and equitable work environment.
- Identify 360, assessment, executive coaching needs and initiate with Talent Management; assess training needs for team and leadership development.
- Evaluate rewards and recognition with cross-functional partners: educate clients on compensation practices and partner with culture and benefits teams to ensure competitive packages.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ of experience in an HR Business Partner oriented role
- Previous employee relations experience preferred.
- Experience in working in a collaborative environment; high level of follow through and accountability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proactive communicator able to influence and encourage innovation.
- High-level attention to detail with ability to manage workload with shifting priorities.
- Quick learner; patient, comfortable with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative.
- Strong problem-solver with the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
