Position Overview: Document Production Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Production Specialist to join our corporate team in Denver. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that internal and external documentation meets EEI's standards for quality, accuracy, and formatting. The ideal candidate will provide support across departments, including Accounting, Marketing, and Reception, with a focus on document creation, compliance tracking, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and edit technical and administrative documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and troubleshoot document templates and formatting issues.
- Track employee certifications and assist with state and municipal license renewals.
- Provide administrative support and serve as a backup for front desk reception.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Marketing to support vendor documentation and maintain dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required (or equivalent experience); Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat DC, Photoshop, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong knowledge of document formatting, grammar, and layout design.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
