How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
- Plan and execute a comprehensive strategy to position OpenPayd as a leading brand across within the global financial services industry
- Manage OpenPayd’s PR agency to ensure that our media relations activities are closely aligned with the corporate strategy
- Monitor the performance of our PR, content and general brand awareness, benchmarking against our main competitors
- Work closely with OpenPayd’s creative teams to bring ideas to life and to make our brand initiatives market leading
- Own OpenPayd’s content roadmap across our blog, thought leadership, industry reports, ebooks, white papers and social media
- Manage a team covering social media and content with the support of 3rd party agencies / freelancers and project manage the delivery of content across all work streams
- Champion the OpenPayd brand internally and encourage the team to participate in the creation of content across our channels
- Support senior management with events / speaking opportunities and make sure they are fully briefed and prepared before public engagements
- Collaborate with teams across the business, including but not limited to, Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and the executive team
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 5-6 years in brand and content (or related) roles
- Clear passion for brand development and interest within fintech space
- Extremely well-organised and great at project management
- Excels when working in cross-functional teams
- Experience managing and getting the best out of agency partners
- Capable taking full ownership of OpenPayd’s brand and communications department
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience working with research and marketing analytics tools to research topics
- Experience in researching and selecting appropriate content and media distribution channels
