PSV has an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced Information Technology Specialist I to join our dedicated IT team! This specific role will be supporting our various locations and is located in Fairfax, VA. This is a Full-Time Hybrid role, working 1 day from home and 4 days in the office.

The IT Specialist II is responsible for installing, modifying and making minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems, and providing technical advice to system users. This person is also responsible for providing support to clinical and administrative staff throughout the organization to maintain end-user connectivity for a variety of IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware
- Design, implement, and support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Provide technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and IT security platforms
- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, RDWeb, Terminal Services, and Citrix
- Provide system documentation and consulting services to include system reviews and recommendations
- Additional projects and duties as assigned
- 75 % of role comprised of Help Desk Coverage and 25% project integration
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Five (5) years of related work experience Ability to diagnose technical issues and allocate resources appropriately
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and work quickly and accurately in a fast-moving environment
- Valid driver’s license, ability to travel between satellite clinics, and proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- All employees must pass an employment TB, drug and physical exam
Desired Qualifications
- Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, Comptia A+ , Network+, Security+, Cybersecurity Analyst (CSA+) or CASP
- Experience with Epic
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field
