This position will be responsible for the rollout, support and troubleshooting off all components found in Microsoft O365’s environment. This includes but not limited to the technical setup, the creation of documentation on how to use the applications and troubleshooting when issues arise. Additionally, the person would serve as the main contact for the organization when there are questions or inquires as it pertains to Microsoft O365. Bachelor Degree required; 3+ Years With Microsoft O365; Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert; Microsoft Office (all platforms), Microsoft O365 (all applications found within the platform), Windows 10.
