The Director of Rooms is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire room operations within the AC Hotel Kansas City. The Director will develop and implement strategies to optimize room occupancy and revenue while maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front office, housekeeping departments to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze room occupancy and revenue reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
