About the Role
Swig Life is hiring an Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to oversee and execute critical digital marketing and e-commerce responsibilities across DTC and wholesale platforms. This role is pivotal in maintaining product catalog accuracy, optimizing the user experience, and driving conversions through strategic site updates and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is a proactive team player capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and site enhancements, all while delivering exceptional results that align with brand objectives.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update the product catalog across Shopify, NetSuite, Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee product setup, collections, descriptions, and imagery to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Support inventory accuracy and monitor listings for optimization.
- Execute homepage updates, landing page creation, and collection page merchandising strategies to align with marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular site testing to improve conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement A/B tests and other technical initiatives.
- Assist in launching new products across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing timelines and strategies.
- Coordinate digital assets, including product imagery and descriptions, for seasonal and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain promotional schedules and implement campaigns across Shopify and additional platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support e-commerce initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with the marketing and creative teams to execute seamless updates and campaigns.
Who You Are
- 1+ year of marketing or e-commerce experience, ideally for a premium consumer brand.
- Bachelor"s degree in marketing, business, or merchandising preferred.
- Experience with Shopify required. Klaviyo or Attentive is a plus.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Amazon Seller Central, and/or Walmart Marketplace is beneficial.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with basic HTML or site customization is a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational excellence with proven interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with testing, reporting, and driving actionable insights for e-commerce performance improvements.

Note: Swig Life is currently operating under an onsite work model, and this position will report on site to our Richmond office at least 4 days per week. Additional ad-hoc in office days may be required based on business needs. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with an on site-work model.
