Technical Support Representative - Entry Level Contractor
Soundvision Technologies and Alta Labs are looking for an entry level Technical Support Representative who boasts a baseline knowledge of wireless and wired networking technologies in our Hurricane, Utah headquarters.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Understanding of layers 1-4 of the OSI model
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies
- Basic knowledge of wired networking (switching, basic routing)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Additional Qualifications:
- Have set up and/or maintained a network consisting of at least 200 client devices both wired and wireless
- Advanced knowledge of WiFi technologies
- Advanced knowledge of wired networking technologies
- Experience working for a smaller company environment
- Basic understanding of VLANs
- Strong team collaboration abilities
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma
