Job Description
We’re looking for a Contract Specialist who is excited to support Ridgecrest Regional Hospital at the intersection of contractual agreements and healthcare regulations. In this role, you’ll help ensure vendor agreements, medical device purchases, payer agreements, and employment contracts align with applicable federal and state healthcare laws. You’ll also support the Chief Financial Officer with administrative and regulatory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and manage contracts, RFPs, bids, amendments, renewals, and closeouts to protect the organization’s interests.

Ensure agreements comply with applicable healthcare laws, regulations, internal policies, and contractual requirements.

Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and terms with vendors, suppliers, and clients.

Identify and address potential legal, financial, operational, and regulatory risks within contracts.
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, mission-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or relevant experience.
