About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking PartsRunner & Lube Technician to join our team in Northern Colorado. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with vehicles, and being a key support person in a busy shop environment.
You will split time between running parts and performing basic lubrication and maintenance services. This role is perfect for someone who wants steady hours, hands-on work, and the chance to grow into more advanced technician positions.
Key Responsibilities
Parts Runner Duties
- Pick up and deliver automotive parts, supplies, and materials from local vendors and warehouses
- Maintain accurate inventory of frequently used parts and fluids
- Organize and stock the parts room / shelves
- Assist with receiving and checking in parts deliveries
- Keep delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working order
- Communicate clearly with technicians and service advisors about part status and ETA
Lube Tech Duties
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs
- Conduct basic multi-point inspections and tire pressure checks
- Lubricate chassis components and perform routine maintenance services
- Assist technicians with vehicle prep, lifts, and shop cleanup
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
Requirements
- Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean (or near-clean) driving record
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive company vehicles
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Previous experience in automotive, parts running, or lube/oil change roles is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with oil changes, fluid services, or parts department work
- Familiarity with Northern Colorado roads and local parts suppliers
- ASE certification or interest in pursuing ASE
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule
Full-time, typically Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday hours. Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
Location
Northern Colorado, South Wyoming (serving the Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and surrounding areas).
