Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years recent Mother Baby/Postpartum experience
Vaccination Requirements:
• Flu vaccine required
• COVID-19 vaccine required — no exemptions.
Clinical Requirements (standard MB/Postpartum — confirm/adjust as needed):
• Active RN license (or compact, if applicable to RI)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• NRP certification
Responsibilities:
COVID VAX REQUIRED. BLS & NRP, REQUIRED. This is for 40 hours nights ONLY. No variations will be accepted. Registered Nurses are responsible for providing nursing care to patients in collaboration with families in accordance with the American Nurse's Association Standards of professional Nursing Practice.
The Registered Nurse is expected to provide primary nursing care for patients, and to assume responsibility for other nursing care process by assessment, plan of care, intervention and evaluation.
Specifications: Must have and maintain current licensure in the State of Rhode Island. Maintains CPR and any other credentialing or certification necessary, to be competent as a Registered Nurse in an area of specialty.
Must be proficient in the English language.
