Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our Stockton Long Term Care Facility in Stockton, Missouri— someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details
- Status: Full time, Part time and PRN (Per Requested Need).
- Work Shift: Days, Evenings, Nights or even Rotating
- Hours: Varies upon shift
- Shift Differential $1- $3.50 additional, depending on shift.

What Your Day Looks Like: Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility (LSHCF) is a 90-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will be:
- Preparing residents for meals, serving and collecting trays, and documenting nutritional intake.
- Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal belongings, protecting items from damage and ensuring proper storage.
- Making routine rounds to assigned residents and responding promptly to resident needs.
- Providing safe, appropriate nursing care andreporting concerns to the charge nurse for followup.
Qualifications:
Education:High School Diploma — preferred
Experience: One year CNA experience — preferred
Skills: Good Communication, Patience, Attention to detail, flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.
Licensure/Certification: Current Certified Nurse Assistant Certification

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 90% of the shift and sit for the remaining 10% of shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
