RN Orientation Coordinator/Educator
Broad Function:
RN who coordinates and facilitates orientation for new nurses to Auburn Community Hospital on various inpatient units.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State RN license
- BSN required (enrollment in program considered), MSN or active progress towards an MSN degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of recent acute care clinical experience
- Demonstrated clinical competence and excellence in professional practice
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills
- Ability to provide constrictive feedback and foster a positive learning environment
- Experience as a preceptor preferred
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
