OB HospitalistJob Summary:
The OB Hospitalist provides in-house obstetrical physician coverage for the hospital twenty-four (24) hours per day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year. The OB Hospitalist has the authority and duty to assume care of any patient on the unit in the event of imminent risk to patient safety. The OB Hospitalist collaborates with and provides clinical supervision/oversight for the Residents, Certified Nurse Midwives, Family Medicine Providers and Laborists while on duty, as indicated or requested.

- Clinical abilities as demonstrated through training, education, certification and experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- ACLS, CPR, NRP Certifications
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring Interpretation Skills
