Lead Clinical Access LiaisonJob Summary:In addition to performing the functions of a Hospital Liaison, the Lead Clinical Access Liaison proactively develops and maintainsprofessional relationships between NorthStar Care Community and its referral sources. The Lead is involved in activities that enhance best practice and drive referrals at NorthStar Care Community within the Access Department. The position is a role model for new and current employees and represents their discipline’s perspective.
