Key Responsibilities
- Participate in clinical consultations, medication reconciliation, and provider rounds.
- Review and verify provider orders for accuracy, safety, and therapeutic appropriateness.
- Monitor patient medication therapies for optimal clinical efficacy and safety.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain strict regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy.
- License: Current, unencumbered Missouri Board of Pharmacy State License (or eligible to sit for licensure).
