Research CoordinatorJOB SUMMARY
The Research Coordinator plays a critical role in the conduct and completion of clinical trials by supporting, facilitating, and coordinating daily clinical trial activities. The Research Coordinator works with Principal Investigators, clinical trial sponsors and the department manager to help ensure that clinical research and related activities are performed in accordance with federal regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Degree in physical or social science or related field preferred
Minimum Work Experience
- 1-2 years of professional work experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Training in Protection of Human Research Subjects (HSP) certification required through Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) within 90 days of hire.
