The company is engaged in providing a range of professional services for large-scale Building and Infrastructure projects across various geographies, and has presence in United States , Europe, and APAC region.
As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking to appoint a suitable senior architect with strong managerial skills, who can provide strong leadership and strategic direction in our Architecture group.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, result oriented, and dynamic person for the position of Vice President – Architecture to lead our architectural design function and drive the successful delivery of large-scale Building and Infrastructure projects.
The role will involve providing strategic and technical leadership to Architectural teams, managing multiple projects, ensuring design quality and consistency, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate should bring strong Architectural expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in working on complex projects across India and International markets.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects, while leveraging in-depth knowledge of architectural principles, Building codes, regulations, and Construction practices in India and International markets, particularly the US and UK.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to navigate challenges, drive innovative solutions, and effectively utilize project management and collaboration tools.
Hands-on experience with modern Architectural software, coupled with a strong background in leading Architectural teams and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in large Landscape projects would be an added advantage.
