We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Independent Living Program Worker to provide support and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support based on each person’s needs and goals.
- Provide case management and coordinate services as needed.
- Develop flexible work schedules based on the needs of the individuals served.
- Assist individuals in developing independent living and daily living skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with individuals, families, and service providers.
- Advocate for individuals and promote independence, dignity, and choice.
Qualifications
- Case management experience required.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and adjust schedules to meet individual needs.
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
Compensation details: 16.9-17.9 Hourly Wage
