Pharmacist I
To provide the appropriate level of pharmaceutical care services to patients, while complying with all state and federal laws or rules governing the practice of pharmacy. Ensuring that drugs and/or devices are prepared for distribution safely, and accurately as prescribed. Supervising any delegated act performed by pharmacy technicians or pharmacy technician trainees.
Minimum Education
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Minimum Work Experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Active License as registered pharmacist in the state of Texas
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to effectively direct and/or supervise personnel as appropriate.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
