Essential Job Functions: (Responsibilities include but not limited to):
- Verify the cost and transactions for each vehicle sale
- Responsible for all aspects of posting sales and unwinds accurately and timely
- Responsible for making sure deals are compliant with regulations, i.e. DMV/State of California/BOE
- Reconcile accounting schedules relating to the car sale
- Ensure all aspects of monetary instruments are collected in deal
- Process / register all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts / reconcile all corresponding schedules
- Month end reports and schedules
- Maintain Heat Sheet (vehicle receivables)
- Log returned contracts from financial institutions
- Post funding notices from bank daily
- Update and manage flooring log and CIT Log
- Prepare overnight labels for CIT funding
- Warranty cancellations; Process and cut checks
- Maintain filing
- Assist finance
