To support our team, we’re looking for a Full time, Long term Production Associate to join Happy Hippo. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a small, high-performing team.
Position Summary:
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for bagging, labeling, sealing, and maintaining product quality in accordance with our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This is a physical, hands-on role in a production environment that requires accuracy, consistency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bag, weigh, and seal products accurately and efficiently
- Follow GMP and S.O.P. standards throughout the production process
- Complete and maintain accurate inventory and QA paperwork
- Label bags and ensure proper box/strain matching
- Pull and organize production materials from the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Ensure quality control standards are met with every product packaged
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to read and write in English
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working in a dusty/dirty production environment
- Comfortable wearing proper PPE at all times
- Strong team player with the ability to take direction
- Dependable and punctual with excellent attendance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
