This position is responsible for providing secretarial support to the Director of Medical Surgical Services and Departments including, but not limited to greeting visitors and answering the telephone; receiving and distributing mail and correspondence; gathering data and compiling various reports for management; conducting projects and assignments; photocopying materials; maintaining files; issuing correspondence. The position requires by nature of the superiors' positions, involvement with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
